Itinerary

Once a reservation has been confirmed, a further amendment upgrade, special request, cancellation, or request for a refund can be made via email or Line Official at least 3 days before arrival. (Amendment is subject to availability)

Early check-in

Our standard check-in time starts from 14:00 hrs. If early check-in is required, additional charge will be applied as follow:

• Between 06.00-15.00 hrs. there will be a half-day charge.
• Before 06.00 hrs. there will be a full day charge.

Late check-out

Our standard check-out time is by noon (12:00 hrs.). In case of late check-out, additional charge will be applied as follow:

• From 13.00- 18:00 hrs, there will be a half-day charge.

• After 18:00 hrs, there will be a full-day charge.

Cancel policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to booking conditions.

Child policy

• One child (4-12 years) may share parents’ bed at no extra charge. Maximum of two children per room. An extra charge of 450 baht/day will be applied for the second child, which include an extra bed and breakfast.

Non-smoking

• Our guest rooms are smoking-free. A fine of 5,000 Baht will be charged for smoking inside the guest rooms. For guests wishing to smoke, please ask our staff for designated smoking areas.

Payment

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
